Collection Homes: Only homes part of the curated HomeExchange Collection.

Luxury Homes: A broader selection of premium homes worldwide.
Type of Exchange

All exchange types: Includes both reciprocal and GuestPoints exchanges.

Reciprocal exchange only: Members looking to exchange homes with you (simultaneous or non-simultaneous).

GuestPoints exchange only: Members offering their home in exchange for GuestPoints without requiring travel.
Favorites

Filter to display only the homes you’ve added to your favorites list.
Groups

Filter by one or more groups you belong to, to view listings from members of the same groups.
GuestPoints per night

Set a GuestPoints range using the slider, from 0 to 250+ GP/night, based on your available balance or preferences.
