At the end of your exchange, you’ll receive an email inviting you to share your feedback. This message includes a direct link to leave your review.
However, you can also rate your exchange directly from your account at any time.
To leave a review from your account:

Hover over “My account” at the top right corner of your screen.

Click on “Exchanges” in the drop-down menu. You’ll see all your past and upcoming exchanges.

Click the button “Rate this exchange” next to the relevant trip.

Select your star ratings for each of the three categories.

Write about your experience!
You can also leave your review directly in the conversation thread with your exchange partner by clicking “Rate this exchange” there.
