They allow members to share genuine feedback and enrich the collective experience.
If you’re having trouble publishing a review, here are a few things to check:
1. Has your exchange ended more than 40 days ago?
You have 40 days after the end of your exchange to leave a review.
After that period, the platform no longer allows automatic review submissions.
👉 If you missed this window, feel free to contact our team via the dedicated form — in some cases, a solution can still be found.
2. Was your exchange non-simultaneous?
In the case of a non-simultaneous exchange (each member stays at the other’s home on different dates), the review option only becomes available after both stays have taken place.
This ensures a fair and complete review of the experience, both as a guest and as a host.
👉 Once both stays are completed, you’ll have 40 days to leave a review in each role.
3. Why isn’t my review visible yet?
After submitting a review, it may not appear right away.
There are two possibilities:

The review becomes visible once both partners have submitted theirs,

Or it will be published automatically after 40 days, even if the other member hasn’t written one.
