There are three ways for your account to be verified:
Address and identity verifications
Phone verification
E-mail verification
1. Address and Identity Verification
To become a verified member, you’ll need to complete your profile and listing to at least 80% and submit proof of identity and residence.
For detailed step-by-step instructions on how to upload your documents and complete this process, please refer to the following article:

2. Phone Verification
Phone verification reassures other members that your number is real and ensures that your host/guest won’t have any unpleasant surprises when trying to contact you.
To verify your phone number:
- Go to "My profile" and find the "confidential information" section.
- Click on the "Verify phone number" button.
- You will receive a text message with a numeric code, which you will need to enter on the platform.
If you only have a landline and no mobile phone, contact us, and we will verify it for you. Once your number is verified, a blue tick will appear next to it.
3. E-mail Verification
Along with verifying your address, identity, and phone number, you must also verify your email address.
If you are an active user, your email might have been automatically verified, and a green tick will appear next to it.
To check if your email has already been verified or if you need to do it:
- Go to "My profile", below your phone number.
- Click on the option to verify your email by receiving a confirmation email.
- Once your email is verified, a green tick will appear next to it.
Note: Not all profile information is visible to other members. Only your phone number and email address will be shared with members you have finalized an exchange with, in the exchange details.
