To complete your profile and reach 100%, follow these steps:

Access Your Profile:

Click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the page.

Then select "My Profile".

You will find all the necessary information to complete your profile.

Information to Add
1. Profile Picture

Upload a photo that looks like you.

A clear, friendly picture increases trust between members, which is the "true currency" of home exchanges.

The more reliable you appear, the more comfortable the exchange experience will be.
Tip: A genuine and welcoming profile picture will encourage potential exchange partners to connect with you.
2. Personal Information
You will be prompted to add:

Your first and last name.
-
Your birth year.
-
Your phone number.
-
To change the country code, click on the grayed area displaying the American flag and select the correct one from the list.

Your email address (you can also add your partner's email here).
Note: Your email address and phone number need to be verified.
To verify your email, you just need to click on the "Verify your email" button in the confirmation email that is automatically sent to you.
To verify your phone number, there are two ways:

Enter the code sent via SMS to your number.

If your registered number is a landline, don’t worry! Contact us, and we will manually verify it for you.
3. Description
This is a great opportunity to introduce yourself and your travel companions.

Share some personal details that help other members get to know you.

This could become a conversation starter with your exchange partner!

Your description must be at least 150 characters long.

You can add your description in multiple languages by clicking the language option above the text field and selecting from the drop-down menu.
How to Edit or Update Your Profile

Do not forget to save your changes!

If your email and phone number are already verified, you will not be able to make changes directly.
