If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry — it only takes a few moments to reset it and regain access to your account.
How to reset your password
On the login page, enter the email address linked to your account and click Continue with email.
Select Forgot password?
Click Send reset link.
Open the email you receive and follow the link to create a new password.
Once updated, you’ll be able to log back into your HomeExchange Collection account securely.
If you don’t have an email/password account
If your account was created through a social login (Apple, Google, or Facebook), you won’t receive a password reset email, as no password was set during registration.
In this case, simply log in again using the same social method you used when creating your account.
If you don’t receive the reset link
If you don’t receive the password reset email, try the following steps:
Make sure you’re using the correct email address: check for previous HomeExchange emails in your inbox to confirm.
Check your spam or junk folder in case the message was filtered.
If the link still doesn’t work, disable any link preview or email security scanning features in your mail client (these can sometimes deactivate the link).
