Create your account
You can create your account exclusively via our website at HomeExchangeCollection.com; account creation is not available through the mobile app.
Once your account is created, you’ll be invited to complete a short application form to join the Collection community.
This step ensures that every home and member in our network meets the quality and hospitality standards that define HomeExchange Collection.
If your application is approved, you’ll gain full access to the Collection platform and begin your luxury home exchange experience.
If your application is not approved, your account will automatically join the HomeExchange Classic community, where you can still enjoy home exchanges worldwide.
Sign-up options
You can create a new account on your computer or mobile browser by providing one of the following:
1. Email and password
2. Apple, Google, or Facebook
If you sign up using email and password, please verify your email to complete the sign-up process.
During registration, you’ll also be asked to enter your phone number, which helps us secure your account and verify your identity.
Steps to create an account and access HomeExchange Collection
1. Email/Password sign-up: If you create an account with email and password, you’ll receive a verification email to confirm your address.
2. Once verified: you’ll be redirected to the Collection application form to complete your request to join the community.
3. After your application is reviewed: you’ll receive an email confirming whether you’ve been accepted into the Collection experience.
4. Once accepted: you can complete your profile and home listing to start connecting with other members.
Note: Completing at least 80% of your profile and listing is required to fully access other homes and contact members.
If you already have an account
- If you already have a HomeExchange Classic account, you can log in with the same email and password to apply for Collection — there’s no need to create a new account.
- If you sign up via a social login (Apple, Google, Facebook) and already have an email account with the same email address, you’ll be offered the option to link both methods. How to link your email and social logins?
- Accounts created with different email addresses cannot be merged, but you can deactivate the one you use less frequently.
If you encounter issues during account creation
- You may already have an existing account, or your email or phone number might not be accepted by our system.
- Check your email inbox, try resetting your password if you already have an account, or contact our Member Support team for assistance.
