What are the eligibility criteria?
Each home is evaluated by our team using a rigorous set of criteria around luxury design, amenities, and location.
Value: A Collection home has a minimum value of approximately $1.5M USD, with most homes averaging several million dollars in value.
Design: We look for luxury homes that are elegant, comfortable, and refined. Collection homes pay great attention to detail, feature the highest quality furnishings and decor, and reflect the personality of their owners.

Amenities: Examples include:
Recreational offerings: pool, boat, tennis court, in-home movie theater
Wellness features: jacuzzi, sauna, gym, massage room
Personal services: housekeeper, private chef, childcare
Location: Homes must be in areas desirable to our members, such as international cities, high-end vacation destinations, or unique remote locations where members can connect with nature. Examples include Paris, London, top ski destinations, Mauritius, Turks and Caicos, the Hamptons, and more.
