Contact your guest to discuss the situation with him/her to ensure that it was not a misunderstanding.

Contact us by email at collection@homeexchange.com to provide us with more information about the stolen item.

If you would like to claim financial compensation for the damages, click on "Keep the deposit." We will need you to send us some supporting documents (police report for the case, original invoice, attestation of honesty). Please note that your guest's deposit will not be withdrawn from their account immediately. HomeExchange will first contact both parties to discuss the issue.
