How do I complete and edit my listing to 100% ?

To view your listing details, hover your mouse over "My Account" at the top right corner of the page and select the "My home" tab from the drop-down menu.

Note: If you have more than one home, the addresses will appear instead of "My Home".

Completing Your Listing

To complete your listing, make sure to include the following information:

  1. Home Details:

    • Home type (house/apartment) and residence type (primary/secondary).

    • Address and location.

      • Important: This information is private and only visible to members who confirm an exchange with you.

    To select the correct location, here are some definitions:

    • Local site: Tens of thousands of visitors annually (e.g., Colmar, Sedona, Cork City).

    • National site: Hundreds of thousands of visitors annually (e.g., Strasbourg, Manchester, Aspen).

    • International site: Millions of tourists annually (e.g., NYC, Paris, London).

    • Tip: If you can't find your address, try broadening the search.

  2. Home Specifications:

    • Size (in m² or ft² – choose your preference in Settings).

    • Number of bathrooms and bedrooms.

    • Number and types of beds.

    • Amenities (equipment and features of your home).

  3. Description:

    • A brief description of your home and neighborhood.

    • Your home’s availability.

    • At least 5 photos of your home.

Bonus: Completing your first listing earns you 750 GuestPoints!
Additionally, your profile and listing must be 100% complete to become a verified member.

Consequences of an Incomplete Listing

If your listing is less than 80% complete, you will not be able to:

  • View full listings from other members (e.g., photos).

  • Contact other members to arrange exchanges.

To fully access the platform's features, ensure your listing is complete.

How to Edit or Update Your Listing

  1. Go to your listing page.

  2. On the left side, select the section you want to update or scroll down to make changes.

  3. You can update:

    • Photos

    • Description

    • Calendar

    • GuestPoints

    • You can also choose to un-publish or delete your listing entirely.

Remember: After making changes, click "Save changes" at the bottom of the page. Even if you only want to preview your listing, save it first!

Note: Once your listing is verified, you cannot update your address.
