If you wish to cancel an exchange as a guest:
1. Inform your host
If you need to cancel an exchange where you are the guest, it is important to inform your host as soon as possible and explain the reason for your cancellation.
To cancel the exchange, simply click on "Cancel" in your conversation with your host. The exchange will then be officially canceled on the platform.
2. GuestPoints
- Once the exchange is canceled, your host will be able to decide whether to return the GuestPoints associated with the exchange or not.
- If your cancellation is due to exceptional circumstances (health issues, force majeure), we invite you to contact us directly. After review, HomeExchange may reimburse part or all of your GuestPoints, even if your host chooses to keep them.
3. Service Fees
Service fees are non-refundable if more than 14 days have passed since the confirmation of the exchange on the platform.
