Email our team with detailed information about the damages. Please attach : Photos of the damages and Supporting documents (such as repair estimates or invoices).
This will allow us to better understand the situation and assist you efficiently.

If you wish to claim compensation
Click on the "Keep the deposit" button in your conversation with your guest within 10 days after the end of the exchange.
👉 Please note: the guest’s deposit is not immediately withdrawn, our team will first review the case with both parties and guide you through the next steps.
What should I do if I have damaged something in my host's home?
