Membership Cost
The annual subscription fee is $1,000USD/€850/£750/$1350AUD. This includes unlimited exchanges with both HomeExchange Classic and HomeExchange Collection members (over 100,000 total!).
If your home is deemed eligible to join HomeExchange Collection, you will be able to enjoy the exclusive benefits of this category from the moment of your membership, with no additional fees beyond the annual subscription.
Guarantees
No matter the type of membership, all HomeExchange members are covered by comprehensive cancellation and damage guarantees. To account for the superior location, design, and amenities of HomeExchange Collection homes, our members have access to guarantees that are of a higher value to those of HomeExchange Classic members.
These include:
- In case of cancellation, our team will help a HomeExchange Collection member find a replacement exchange, and if one cannot be found we will reimburse the member up to $350 USD per night for a maximum of $5,250 USD for replacement lodging.
- In the event of accidental damage, the HomeExchange Collection member’s home is protected up to $2,000,000 USD. See our Guarantees page for more detail.
